Book description:
The book describes the plans of the Ministries of the Interior and National Defence, as well as the state’s preparations for the possible introduction of a state of emergency at the end of the Polish People’s Republic. This issue is discussed against the backdrop of talks between those in power and representatives of the opposition, so as to show two - completely different - versions of how the authorities dealt with the threat to the system of the time.
