Book description:

End of September 1939. Warsaw capitulates. From the Polish Radio Broadcasting Station at 25 Zielna Street, three men secretly carry out a depository with priceless records of the September recordings. Two metal boxes were taken by Lt Col Wacław Lipiński. They were walled up in a wall of one of Warsaw’s villas. The second part was carried out by Eugeniusz Domachowski. Both parts ended up in the Radio Archives many years after the war. But where is the black briefcase with the third part of the deposit

The comic depicts the defence of Warsaw in September 1939 through the prism of the work of radio workers. This volunteer team remained in the fighting city and tried to pass on information about the war situation, respond to the needs of the inhabitants, offer advice, keep their spirits up. The publication commemorates the attitudes of radio professionals and shows the history of the search for recordings, which are a remarkable part of the national heritage.
