Shipping policy; how we deliver orders.
InPost parcel lockers
- While placing your order, select the PARCEL LOCKER from which you would like to collect your order
- On the day the order is processed, ksiegarniaipn.pl notifies you that the parcel has shipped.
- As soon as the parcel has been delivered to the PARCEL LOCKER, InPost will notify you that the parcel is ready for collection by text message and e-mail.
- The parcel will wait for you for three days calculated from the moment it was placed in the LOCKER.
- To collect the parcel, enter the telephone number provided while placing the order and the code sent to that number by InPost in the panel of the PARCEL LOCKER.
InPost courier service
- On the day the order is processed, ksiegarniaipn.pl notifies you that the parcel has shipped and sends you the tracking number.
- InPost courier company notifies you that it has received the parcel from ksiegarniaipn.pl and allows you to track the parcel.
- The courier delivers the parcel to the address provided.
GLS courier service
- On the day the order is processed, ksiegarniaipn.pl notifies you that the parcel has shipped and sends you the tracking number.
- GLS courier company notifies you that it has received the parcel from ksiegarniaipn.pl and allows you to track the parcel.
- The courier delivers the parcel to the address provided.
Poczta Polska
- On the day the order is processed, ksiegarniaipn.pl notifies you that the parcel has shipped and sends you the tracking number.
- The delivery person delivers the parcel to the address provided. If the recipient is not at home, the delivery person leaves a notice with the address of the post office, where the parcel can be collected for 14 days.
Poczta Polska - collection from pick-up point
- While placing your order, select the POST OFFICE location from which you would like to collect your order.
- On the day the order is processed, ksiegarniaipn.pl notifies you that the parcel has shipped and sends you the tracking number.
- As soon as the parcel has been delivered to the POST OFFICE, Poczta Polska will notify you that the parcel is ready for collection by text message and e-mail.
- The parcel is available for collection for 7 days.
ORLEN Paczka – collection from pick-up point
- While placing your order, select the ORLEN Paczka pick-up point from which you would like to collect your order.
- On the day the order is processed, ksiegarniaipn.pl notifies you that the parcel has shipped and sends you the tracking number.
- As soon as the parcel has been delivered to ORLEN Paczka pick-up point, ORLEN Paczka will notify you that the parcel is ready for collection by text message and e-mail.
- The parcel is available for collection for 3 days.
- It will be handed to you by a pick-up kiosk staff member based on a pick-up code sent by text message to the telephone number provided while placing the order.
